These BMR Tubular Weld In Subframe Connectors in Black Hammertone are designed to fit all coupe and convertible 2005-2014 Mustangs, including V6, GT, Bullitt, BOSS and Shelby GT500 models.
Mustang enthusiasts applauded the upgraded chassis rigidity of the new platform when compared to the Foxbody, but there was still quite a bit to be desired. The factory platform has a uni-body with disconnected front and rear subframes. With the addition of these Black Hammertone Tubular Subframe Connectors by BMR Suspension, the rear control arm mounts and subframe assembly get connected to the subframe. This results in the elimination of chassis flex and twist and helps reinforce previously weak sections of your suspension.

These Weld In Subframe Connectors are manufactured from 1.75" diameter steel tubing that has been DOM processed for a precision fit and high tolerance. Completed with 3/16" laser cut mounting plates, these connectors have been finished in a durable black hammertone powdercoat to resist corrosion and wear.
BMR designed these Subframe Connectors to be welded in place for superior strength and rigidity. An added bonus of these tubular units is that you don't even need to remove the interior carpet to get the job done and they retain your OE ground clearances. Convertible owners will need to remove the rear bracing for proper installation.
