The vehicle-specific design makes use of the factory air duct and draws in fresh and dense air. A roto-molded airbox assembly shields the intake from the hot air of the engine bay and makes sure your 5.0L engine is making peak power. Engineered using CFD (computational fluid dynamics) the intake has been optimized for airflow. Smooth bends and curves in the intake, combined with a high-flow nanofiber mesh air filter, ensure unrestricted airflow. The filter attaches to a specially designed bellmouth velocity stack that helps to draw in a larger volume of air and increase the speed of air getting pulled into your engine. Steeda's 114mm mass airflow housing is built into the intake tube and generates a clean signal for smooth throttle response and outstanding drivability.

Steeda went the extra mile to design the kit to work with the Gen 3 Coyote engine covers so that there is no need to modify or cut the cover. This allows you to maintain that clean look that the stock engine bay has.
