The soft race-style R2 compound of this ET StreetS/S Tire by Mickey Thompson is designed for the ultimate in dry traction and straight line performance driving. Keep in mind, this super soft and flexible compound will wear much quicker than compounds designed for regular every day street tires.
Molded at 6/32 of an inch, the ET Street S/S is designed with a low void, directional tread design that ensures continues contact and superior grip. The tread features a large center block for excellent dry traction and strategically placed sipes to aid in hydroplane resistance.
Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S Tires are DOT approved making them safe for street and strip use. Now you can drive to the track, race your Mustang and drive home all on the same set of wheels and tires. This tire is recommended for dry pavement use only.
